After you order a Lull mattress, we'll ship it right to your doorstep for free. Try it out in your home for a full year. If you don't love it within the first 365 nights, arrange a quick and stress-free return! We'll send a courier to pick up the mattress for free. For more info on our return policy, click here .
Lull mattresses are designed to keep you comfortable all night long. Our mattresses are made using gel infused viscoelastic memory foam that dramatically enhances air flow and draws heat away from the body.
A hybrid mattress, such as the Luxe Hybrid Mattress from Lull, combines the therapeutic benefits of foam with the support and resilience of springs.
We design all Lull mattresses so that they are able to be compressed and packed into a box that is about the size of a mini fridge and ship them free to your doorstep.
You don't. We pick it up fully expanded. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleeping experience within the first 365 nights, we will attempt to arrange for a pickup and removal of your Lull mattress in its expanded form. Lull makes every effort possible to donate returned trial mattress to charities and organizations in need of beds. If you are outside our pickup service area, Lull will work with you to find a local donation center, so we can avoid throwing away a perfectly good mattress. Your refund will be processed when a pickup from one of our donation partners has been confirmed, or suitable evidence has been provided regarding disposal of the mattress, in the event a donation facility is not within a reasonable distance.
Lull mattresses typically ship within 1-2 business days following your order. Once your mattress has shipped, we will provide you with information to track your order.
In order to easily ship your mattress, we compress the mattress and pack it into a box. Once you open the box, your Lull will do most of its expanding in the first 2-5 hours and will fully expand within 24-48 hours. Adjust the cover if it shifted in transit. Any wrinkles will soon disappear.
