"FedEx states it’s delivered but it wasn’t not at the front door so then we check the mailbox for the parcel but no key was left there. We paid for it and it’s very disappointing. Can’t call fedex because they hours they open I’m working and when they close still working. We contacted lull and he just wasn’t very helpful with anything and just said talk will look into that but we thought try and figure out with what we can before because he made it seem like. We wouldn’t get a refund or. Get anything fix. As if it would take long and that’s disappointing cause we paid for it"

Product great. Customer service needs work

"Product is great. Value is equal to cost. Initially made a mistake by not shipping all the items and told me they would correct the mistake, which they did. There was a very strange comment made about how they would usually not make a correction since it would have been the shippers mistake and would need a claim even though I had established with photos it was lulls mistake. Now it’s been two weeks since I asked for assistance on a return of one of the items and still no return label. First email told me to read the return policy. I did and it clearly states returns can be assisted through email. Second email tells me to call, which I had done. Third email tells me the return label will be sent in five days. Not to mention the sales pitches and restocking fees. Will not be recommending this company to anyone."
